61 Summit Street was once the Delta Phi's home now a place the Alumni's can officially call it home. In the interview with Across the Fence our own Dave Robbins voiced how he feels about restoring this historic building and how much it will mean to those Alums who will visit and can enjoy it for years to come.

In the midst of all the construction that was going on around the site there were SEVERAL newspapers in the local area who chimed in on this project. 7 Days wrote a really great article about the Home and the renovations being done by Millbrook and our Subcontractors who helped us put everything together bit by bit.
